Terms of Service

Last updated: July 27, 2026

1. The service

Veriflow provides software that helps companies prepare for and respond to security reviews of their AI products: control tracking, policy document generation, evidence management, questionnaire assistance, and a public trust page. Veriflow provides tooling and drafts — not certification, audit opinions, legal advice, or compliance guarantees.

2. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of everything you publish or send through Veriflow, including generated policy documents and questionnaire answers. Generated content is a draft until you review and approve it. You must have the right to upload any document or data you submit to the service.

3. Accounts and billing

Subscriptions bill monthly through Stripe and can be canceled anytime, effective at the end of the billing period. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service (including excessive automated requests) or violate these terms.

4. Intellectual property

You own your data and the documents generated for you. We own the service, its control library structure, and software. You grant us the license needed to operate the service on your behalf (storing, processing, and displaying your content as you direct).

5. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is." Readiness scores and generated content are informational and do not constitute certification against AIUC-1, SOC 2, or any other standard. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

6. Termination and changes

You can export your data and delete your account at any time. We may update these terms with notice; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
