Verified Q&A pairs that make every future questionnaire faster.

What it's for

Storing answers you've already approved so they're reused instead of regenerated — the one part of Veriflow that improves with use.

When you use it

Passively as it fills up; actively when curating, or after a policy change makes a stored answer stale.

What's on the screen

Header stats: total saved answers and total reuses. Then one card per entry with the question, answer, mapped control chips, a verified badge, a reuse counter, last-updated date, and Un-verify / Delete actions.

Entries sort by reuse count, so your workhorse answers surface first.

How it works

Entries arrive from Save to bank on a questionnaire answer, or automatically when an expert answers an escalation.

On any new questionnaire — and on trust-page Q&A — each incoming question is compared against verified entries by meaningful word overlap. Above roughly 60% overlap, the stored answer is reused as-is, marked from bank, at high confidence, with its citations reattached and its reuse counter incremented.

Un-verifying keeps the entry but stops it being reused.

Gotchas

  • Per-organization only. Answers are never shared between customers — that would leak one company's posture into another's questionnaire.
  • Stale answers keep getting reused. If you change a policy or a control status materially, review the bank.
  • Saving the same question twice updates rather than duplicates.
