What it is
A store of verified question-and-answer pairs, each with the controls and evidence that back it.
How entries get in
- Save to bank on any questionnaire answer you've reviewed
- Automatically, whenever an expert answers an escalation (Scale)
How they get used
Before generating anything, Veriflow checks the bank. If an incoming question is a close match to a stored one, the verified answer is reused as-is — marked from bank, at high confidence, with the original citations attached. The entry's reuse count goes up.
Matching is based on meaningful word overlap, so phrasing differences are tolerated ("Do you test for prompt injection?" matches "How do you test against prompt injection attacks?"). Trivially different wording won't create a duplicate.
Your trust page's live Q&A widget checks the same bank (Scale).
Curating it
On the Answer bank page you can un-verify an entry (keeps it, stops it being reused), edit it, or delete it. Reuse counts are shown so you can see which answers are doing the work.
One deliberate limit
The bank is per-organization. Answers are never shared between customers — that would leak one company's security posture into another's questionnaire. Your compounding advantage comes from your own history.
