Module: Escalations

Questions the AI couldn't answer, routed to a human with a 48-hour SLA. Scale plan.

What it's for

Handling the questions that fall outside your control set — which happens on nearly every real questionnaire, because every enterprise writes their own.

When you use it

When a questionnaire answer comes back needs review or low confidence and you'd rather have an expert answer than write one yourself.

What's on the screen

A queue of escalations, each showing the question, which questionnaire it came from, status (open with SLA / answered / closed), the timestamp, and either the expert's answer or a form to enter one.

How it works

Ask an expert on a flagged questionnaire answer creates an escalation with a 48-hour SLA and sends a notification (when Resend is configured).

When an answer is submitted, two things happen: the escalation closes, and the answer is written into your answer bank as a verified entry. The same question never escalates twice — that's the compounding loop.

In this build the queue is answerable by you or your own expert. In a production deployment it routes to a vetted compliance-expert network.

Gotchas

  • Set up email notifications, or escalations sit unnoticed while the SLA runs.
  • Answers go straight to the bank — write them as you'd want them reused.
  • Scale plan only. On Core the button shows a padlock.
