Both features are on the Scale plan.
Fix plans from failing tests
On Evidence, any failing test has a Fix plan button. It generates a remediation document with:
- what happened and which controls it affects
- category-specific, implementation-level guidance
- acceptance criteria as a checklist
If you've connected GitHub under Integrations (a fine-grained token with contents and pull-request write, plus owner/repo), the plan opens automatically as a pull request adding docs/veriflow/<slug>.md. Otherwise it's saved as a draft under Remediations.
Escalating questions
Questionnaire answers flagged needs review or low confidence get an Ask an expert button. That creates an escalation with a stated 48-hour SLA, visible under Escalations.
When an answer is submitted, it's written straight into your answer bank — so the same question never escalates twice. That's the compounding loop doing its job.
Deal Acceleration
If you're mid-review and need faster turnaround, the Deal Acceleration package (one-time, on the Billing page) puts a human on your whole package with a 24-hour SLA until the review closes.
