What's inside

• README.md — readiness summary per agent, including any contested controls
• policies/ — every approved policy, with approver and approval date in the file header
• evidence/ — raw adversarial test results exactly as ingested, unedited
• controls/ — per-agent CSV of every control, its status, and its evidence counts

Why raw files matter

A reviewer who asks for evidence and receives a nicely formatted table has received your claims. The same reviewer receiving the raw harness JSON can check the claims themselves. The second one closes faster.

When to send it

• A reviewer asks for detail beyond the trust page
• You're kicking off an audit — it's the readiness package auditors start from
• Alongside an answered questionnaire, when the buyer is technical
